The event
The biggest challenge for developing coaches is finding ways to get out of their personal comfort zone without upsetting the equilibrium of their relationships with the performers they support. Taking their skills into alternative contexts is one way into the learning zone and our speakers will explore the challenges and rewards of working in new ways.
The seminar is aimed at coaches and their managers and mentors who want an insight intohow to change context without losing competence - or confidence. We would expect to challenge the thinking of and offer inspiration to self aware coaches operating at UKCC Level 2 and beyond.
